I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email.
Unfortunately we’re experiencing a spam issue therefore please check your spam folder. Order confirmation and shipment emails are sent from email@example.com – We have also implemented SMS alerts when your order is confirmed and when your order is dispatched, therefore please provide us with an accurate mobile number at checkout to receive these notices.
I never received a tracking link for my order.
We provide a tracking link at time of dispatch sent to you from firstname.lastname@example.org – we also add the email used at time of purchase to Auspost tracking alerts or Sendle tracking alerts. Please contact us if you can’t locate this email and we’ll provide your tracking link ASAP.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, I thought it would be here by now.
