I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email.
Unfortunately we’re experiencing a spam issue therefore please check your spam folder. Order confirmation and shipment emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org – We’re working on fixing this and implementing SMS alerts.
I never received a tracking link for my order.
We provide a tracking link at time of dispatch sent to you from email@example.com – we also add the email used at time of purchase to Auspost tracking alerts and sendle alerts. Please contact us if you can’t locate this email and we’ll provide your tracking link ASAP.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, I thought it would be here by now.
