Generic Lead Times:

We aim to have all orders processed in a timely manner however as general guide:

• Small Quantity Orders (Less than 30 units): Dispatched after 5-7 Working Days
• Medium quantity wholesale orders (Between 30-60 units) Dispatched after 7-10 working days
• Large Quantity orders (Greater than 60 units) dispatched after 15-20 working days

We aim to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible however if there’s a delay on stock we will amend our listings or contact you.

Shipping Rates: As our wholesale items are discounted greatly, we cannot provide free shipping for these items. All wholesale orders shipping is charged by weight.

Promotions and other offers: Our wholesale price is as low as we can price our products therefore they are not eligible for further discount. Please note that our free shipping promotion does not apply to wholesale / bulky orders and each order’s shipping is calculated by weight according to our commercial shipping rates for bulky items.
